Open bite and orthodontic treatment with elastics

This patient was treated with fixed appliances (upper and lower) for 1 year and 3 months.

Xrays: OPG and cephalometric were taken before and at the end to control effects.

Articulator was used to analyze contacts which were only at 36,37,46,47.

Plan was to use upper and lower fixed appliances and use miniscrews and elastics. During treatment we decide not to use miniscrew as we have obtained a satisfying effect.
